AP Language and Composition is designed to help students "write effectively and confidently in their college courses across the curriculum and in their professional and personal lives." Students will engage in close reading of personal, expository, analytical, and argumentative texts by noted authors, primarily non-fiction prose, to increase awareness of effective use of rhetorical strategies.
